Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable to tickets that are purchased directly through Eventlocal.
  • Tickets purchased through third-party vendors or resellers are subject to their respective refund policies.

Valid Reasons for Refunds

Refunds may be requested for the following valid reasons:

  • Event Cancellation: In the unfortunate event of event cancellation, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
  • Event Postponement: If the event is postponed to a new date, you may choose to attend the rescheduled event or request a refund.
  • Significant Event Changes: If there are substantial changes to the event, such as a change in the headliner or venue, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refund Requests
